Consultation
Tell us what you need. Product type, target volume, packaging format, labeling requirements, and timeline. We assess fit and provide an initial production scope within 48 hours.
Sampling
We produce samples to your specifications. You evaluate the product, provide feedback, and we refine until the product meets your standards. Samples are produced in our facility using the same equipment and processes that will handle your production run.
Production
Once approved, your product enters our manufacturing schedule. Your label is applied during the packaging process. Every production run follows our OU Kosher, FDA, and HACCP protocols. You receive documentation for each batch.
Fulfillment
Finished product is stored in our temperature-controlled facility and shipped according to your schedule. We coordinate logistics to ensure product arrives at your distribution points on time and within temperature specifications.

Customization Details
Our full product catalog is available for private label manufacturing. This includes smoked salmon (cold and hot), smoked whitefish, smoked mackerel, smoked butterfish, smoked herring, salted fish, smoked saury, Arctic cisco (omul), and Atlantic perch. Custom product selection is available for qualified partners.
Labels can be positioned center, left, right, or bottom on the package. We accommodate standard retail label sizes and can advise on dimensions that maximize shelf visibility for your specific packaging format.
Retail packs from 4 oz to 16 oz, food service packs up to 5 lbs, custom configurations by request. All formats are vacuum-packed for shelf life and transit integrity.
