Distributors, regional and national grocery chains, specialty food retailers, delicatessens, and food service operators are our primary customers. We produce smoked salmon, smoked whitefish, smoked mackerel, smoked butterfish, smoked herring, salted fish, smoked saury, Arctic cisco, Atlantic perch and much more — all vacuum-packed and ready for distribution.

We follow a documented Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points plan covering every stage of production. Critical control points are monitored, recorded, and verified on an ongoing basis to ensure product safety is never a question.
Our processing plant spans more than 25,000 square feet — purpose-built for smoked fish production at wholesale volume. The facility houses dedicated zones for receiving, processing, smoking, packaging, and cold storage.
Positioned in the Northeast corridor with direct access to major interstate routes, our New Castle facility supports efficient distribution to East Coast markets while maintaining nationwide shipping capability through established freight partnerships.
Equipped with two industrial smoking chambers, we produce up to 40 000+ lbs of hot- and cold-smoked fish weekly using premium hardwood chips. We offer precision slicing for salmon and butterfish via semi-automatic lines, with flexible packaging from vacuum-sealed packs to bulk wholesale boxes. To guarantee consistency, our manual inspection process operates within a strictly climate-controlled environment.
